newb question
Is the stuff we unlock on our PvE char available to our PvP Char? I have a PvE mock and have bought all sup runes, but those runes are locked in my PvP. What's the deal?

You need to have identified those runes yourself. So the runes you find, and identify will be unlocked, but runes you buy from traders/players will not be unlocked.
It's the same for weapon upgrades, you need to identify them yourself. |
